Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time 

Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are processed once payment is received.  Orders are shipped once completed. Please be aware, select products may incur a 4-6 weeks delay as they are produced on demand.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to Canadian and International Addresses

Unobtainium Welding ships to most countries worldwide via UPS for all domestic and international packages. Please check UPS website or contact us for rates and delivery times. 

Unobtainium Welding offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Products shipped outside Canada are subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Unobtainium Welding. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Damages

If customers opt out of shipping insurance coverage, Unobtainium Welding is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
