Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Please note, Unobtainium Welding reserves the right to refuse all returns.  In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products. Customer must provide photos of the issue.

If Unobtainium Welding agrees to a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the completion of the refund, so long as the product is in its original packaging and condition. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any and all payment processing costs will be deducted in the event of a refund.
